Well, we found out that the Peruvian protest has blocked the ports on the lake as well, so our idea of crossing the border into Pero by boat won't work. We did find out from the bus company that our bus is scheduled to leave tomorrow morning at 7 for Chile, so we're back to the previous plan. We're assuming it means that the block has been cleared, but we would still very much appreciate your prayers that we can get through without issues.

Habíamos planeado a ir a Copacabana y después a cruzar la frontera en barca, pero hablamos con la embajada de Peru en La Paz y nos contaron que la protesta ha bloqueado los puertos también. Asi que no será posible cruzar la frontera en barca tampoco. Afortunadamente, la compañía de buses nos llamó y nos dijo que nuestro bus va a salir mañana a las 7 para Chile. Suponemos que significa que el paro ha sido quitado, pero por favor sigue orando que podamos cruzar la frontera sin problemas.
